At Hyperion Coffee Company, we offer a unique approach to the coffee experience, from farm to cup. That approach starts with establishing relationships with farmers at origin. Each coffee is carefully selected and roast profiles are created to enhance its attributes and natural sweetness.  

Hyperion was founded in 2015 in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Since opening our original cafe, we have expanded into a separate roasting facility in Ypsilanti Township and a storefront in downtown Ann Arbor. We provide wholesale services and offer training in coffee and espresso tasting and brewing techniques. Our overall goal is to offer the best coffee possible while building a community that supports everyone, from the farmers who grow our coffee to the customers who visit our cafes.
