Ethiopia - Keramo

Our newest washed coffee from Ethiopia is processed by Daye Bensa at the Keramo Washing Station in the Bombe mountains of Sidama. It consists of coffee from 1500 smallholder farmers growing at extremely high elevations of over 2300 meters above sea level. This results in a very small and dense seed (bean) that is packed with flavor. These coffees are traditionally wet-fermented for 36-72 hours before a 15 day drying period on African beds to approximately 10% moisture.

This coffee delivers all the flavors and textures we love about washed Ethiopian coffees. It's crisp, clean, fruity, floral, and bright. Don’t miss out on what might be our last washed Ethiopia of the season.
