Happy Holidays from Hyperion and three of our most outstanding producing partners; Jose Laris Membreño (Honduras), Aurelio Villatoro (Guatemala), and Rene Contreras (El Salvador). This year’s Holiday blend is composed of three washed microlots that are incredible single origin coffees in their own right, but come together to create a blend as comforting as the holidays. Look for flavors reminiscent of some seasonal favorites; hot cocoa, chestnuts, and pumpkin pie. 

Krampus Blend

Ariel Funez - Laayyoo - Ardi

Are you feeling a little more naughty than nice this year? The Krampus Blend may be for you. Consisting of three natural processed coffees, this blend is packed with fruity and fermented flavors not for the faint of heart. The Krampus blend features some of our favorite coffees of the year; Ariel Funez Natural (Honduras), Ethiopia Laayyoo, and Ethiopia Ardi. Ariel’s coffee provides the base for the blend with rich flavors of black plum, pomegranate, and dark rum. The Ethiopian lots round out the blend with brighter flavors of bing cherry, strawberry, and blackberry jam. We wish you a merry Krampus and a ghoulish New Year.
