Sofia Plocharski, Jovita Castillo and Rita Cohen are three strong and determined women who have dedicated their lives to coffee production and over time have made a name for themselves in the Guatemalan coffee industry. 

Even though they’re located in different areas of Guatemala, they all share a passion for coffee and a desire to make a difference in their community. These women have worked tirelessly on their own coffee farm, facing challenges along the way - from a volatile coffee market to learning the ins and outs of coffee production - but they were undeterred. They persevered through hard work and dedication, and soon enough, their coffee farm was thriving. 

This coffee represents the determination, strength and resilience of those wonderful women who have dedicated their lives to growing coffee, and thus the coffee we now know as "ELLA" was born. Ella is a coffee that's produced with care and attention to detail, reflecting the hard work and dedication of these incredible ladies.
